Replacement Policy 
In the event that your ordered Mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled, we advise that you mail or Whatsapp our customer service within 3 hours of receipt at 9309556520 and send us a digital photo of the mangoes with box label ID at alphonsomangoesonline@gmail.com to initiate a replacement.

In case of damaged during transport, a refund will be initiated after deducting courier charges.

Once an order is dispatched from our end, it will be considered neither returnable nor refundable.
