Storage: 

Unopened Pouches of Alphonso Mango Pulp can be safely stored at room temperature. Once the Pouch is opened, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator after transferring the contents into a glass jar and it is to be consumed within 7 days after opening of pouch.

Our 400g standard packs of Alphonso Mango Slices offer meticulously prepared slices crafted from hand-picked, sorted, and carefully peeled mangoes. From approximately 1kg of fresh Alphonso mangoes, we create 300g of dried slices rich in vitamins A, B complex, and C, with low fat and a maximum of 7% added sugar. These slices can be enjoyed directly, akin to Mithai, and maintain the authentic taste and aroma of freshly pulped Alphonso mangoes. They contain no preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, or thickeners and can be safely stored at room temperature or in the refrigerator, ensuring a shelf life of 18 months while preserving their deliciousness.
