  • Store freshly cut the ripe mango in an airtight container or bag and keep it in the refrigerator. It stays fresh for up to 4-5 days.
  • If yellow mangoes are getting overripe, then they can be put into refrigerator to extend their life by 3 to 4 days.
  • If you want to store the mangoes for a longer duration, then place the pieces of mango in parchment paper and place it in the freezer. After the fruits are frozen, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the freezer and prepare your favourite delicacies year around.
